The Ohio State University Medical Center is proud to announce the addition of Ali Rezai, MD. Dr. Rezai has been called a “doctor of last resort” by CNN because he is able to help patients with neurological disorders when no other treatment has worked. Dr. Rezai is considered a pioneer in functional neurology and his work with deep brain stimulation is world-renowned.
It was mentioned at last week’s OSU Board of Trustees meeting that Dr. Ali Rezai will be joining the Department of Neurological Surgery at Ohio State University Medical Center this summer. Rezai comes to Ohio State from the Cleveland Clinic where he is director of the Center for Neurological Restoration.
His work has been featured in publications such as the Wall Street Journal, New York Times, L.A. Times, U.S. News & World Report and USA Today. In addition, he has appeared on numerous local and national radio and television broadcasts including CBS’ 60 Minutes, CNN, NPR, PBS, the BBC, MSNBC and the Discovery Channel.
